All pricing listed are in USD. I accept payment via PayPal. Please send me a message if you are interested in purchasing. With Paypal you can either use your Paypal account or a credit card if you do not have an account. Credit Card (via Square reader) and cash are accepted as payment if there is local pickup arranged.
I will hold an animal only upon receiving a non-refundable down payment of 25% the price of the animal, with completion of payment within one month. I must be aware of your plans and agree upon payment plan prior to paying a deposit. No gecko will be put on hold status until this is received and geckos are sold on a first come first serve basis. I can be flexible with payment plans over the winter months while I cannot ship. We will work out specific details via email or messaging, but I will require the payments to be made on the agreed upon schedule to continue the hold. Failure in keeping up with the payment plan established will forfeit a hold (without prior approval) and the gecko/s will be re-listed for sale. In such a case, the non-refundable deposit will be kept and the remaining funds already paid will be refunded. In the case of needing a refund for a purchase prior to shipment, after the animal has been paid for in full, 25% of the whole payment is non-refundable (amount will be rounded up to the nearest dollar). The gecko/s will not be shipped until payment has been completed, arrangements for shipping have been agreed upon by both parties and shipping temperatures are within range for all locations. Pricing is subject to change, although once a deposit is received the listed price becomes "locked". I reserve the right to change my terms at any time.
Prices listed do not reflect shipping costs. Shipping costs are variable, generally between $35-$75, so if you wish to know how much shipping will be, please send me an email with your zip code and I will get back to you with a quote. I ship via ShipYourReptiles.com (FedEx Priority Overnight) so your animal/s will arrive the following day by 10:30 am in most cases. Zip codes that are categorized by FedEx as urban, rural or remote will receive deliveries by 10:30 am, noon or 4:30 pm respectively. If your zip code is considered a rural or remote route, please let me know beforehand. If you're not sure about this, ask your local FedEx shipping facility.
Delivery can be arranged for Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only. We will schedule the date via email prior to purchase. I do not require a signature for packages so it is important that you are available to receive the package between 8:00-11:00am to ensure the animal’s safety. If the package is exposed to the elements for extended periods of time, it may result in the animals declined health or death so it is essential that you are there when the animal is delivered.
I prefer to ship in temperatures between 40-85 degrees Fahrenheit and take into consideration the temperature of hub cities along the shipping route. If necessary, a heat pack or cold pack will be included to ensure safe shipping. If temperatures are towards the extremes on the receiving end, then we can easily ship to your local FedEx facility with a hold for pickup in a temperature stable building.
I cannot be responsible for carrier delays, but I will work with you to keep you informed of updates.
Please contact us within two hours of arrival of the animal. Not contacting us within the first two hours of your gecko/s arriving will VOID the Health Guarantee.
If you are located locally (Southeastern Michigan), then we can arrange to meet up to avoid shipping costs. We can also arrange pick-ups at any of the shows that we attend.
At this time, we cannot ship outside the 48 continental states. Sorry.
Live arrival is guaranteed for shipping temperatures of 40-85 degrees Fahrenheit. If there is an issue with the newly arrived animal, whether it is health related or has deceased please contact me within two hours of the arrival time with photographic proof for a full store credit or suitable animal replacement. The animal/s may need to be shipped back, and I will split the shipping costs. I cannot control the animals living conditions after it has left my care, but I am confident in my geckos' health. Therefore, animal health is 100% guaranteed for 7 days. If you believe that your animal is sick, you must contact me immediately so the situation can be quickly remedied. This health guarantee does not include incorrect husbandry, outside injuries, drops, enclosure issues, Etc. Tail drops are also not guaranteed. I’ve not heard of tail drops occurring during shipping but it is a possibility. Dehydration is not covered after the first 96 hours (4 days) after receipt as all animals that leave our care are properly hydrated. This is a keeper problem that can progress very quickly and is out of my hands. If you have ANY concerns about your gecko, please contact me so we can find the issue before it becomes a problem. Shipping fees are not refundable.
